Description:

Exploring the resonance between the cognitive and the visceral through applied convention. I cast the letters A, N, and D in prosthetic silicone, then stitched them together to form the word AND. This prosthetic is then worn as a skin extension while I hold the word "and" for as long as possible. This mantra is repeated multiple times, either with my natural voice or with pitch-processed overtones.
